Each summer season, our staff team comes together to build a community whose focus is making a difference in the lives of children & youth. Blending new and returning staff can sometimes be challenging. Some returning staff gravitate to familiar people and procedures, while new staff work to establish themselves, find their place and figure out how it all works.
For a strong, successful, 2010 staff team, what do you think should be the prevailing thought and attitude of returning staff?
