After-School Programs
Program Leaders and Program Assistants organize and run a variety of recreation/social skills programs for children and youth across Toronto.
All staff are responsible for supervising groups of children and youth aged 6-12 as well as planning, implementing and evaluating well rounded, creative programs emphasizing safety, self-esteem building and skills development. Leaders are also responsible for supervising junior staff and volunteers. All staff are required to attend department training programs and regular staff meetings.

Youth Leadership Programs
Program Leaders and Program Assistants organize and run leadership programs in Toronto for youth aged 11-12 and 13-15.
Moorelands Youth Leadership Programs prepare and motivate youth to provide personal leadership in their own lives and communities. While building their self-esteem and confidence, participants learn to critique social issues and develop a further appreciation of their communities.
All staff are responsible for supervising groups of youth, as well planning, implementing and evaluating well rounded, creative programs emphasizing self-esteem building and skills development. Leaders are also responsible for supervising junior staff and volunteers. All staff are required to attend department training programs and regular staff meetings.
